  At dinner (noon meal) today Katelyn saw her dad get a glass of apple juice. She decided she wanted some too. We told her to finish her milk first but she was tired so she threw a bit of a tantrum first. She even tried to dump her milk out instead of drinking it.
  
  This afternoon (after a very helpful nap) she calmly found her cup on the table, drank the milk and then brought the cup to me so I could fill it with milk.
  
  You can't say she doesn't remember things!

  Katelyn pooped on the potty! This was quite the accomplishment because she's simply not done it before. We've had good success with peeing but not with the pooping. Now we're excitedly waiting for her to do it again. This latest success was due primarily to two things... a new (and much more comfortable) potty chair and a new book from her Grandma L. Richard Scarey's book about wheels and things that go. She adores it. It's her new favorite reading material for just about anywhere... including bathrooms.
